WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and Shop Pay.

WILL I RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION?

Yes. You'll get an email confirmation as soon as your order is placed, and another email with tracking info once your order ships.

CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Contact us at hello@quintaskin.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can modify or cancel it. Once it's shipped, we can't make changes.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?

Not yet, but we're working on it! For now, you can purchase products as gifts and include a note at checkout.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We currently ship within Germany and the EU. International shipping coming soon—email us at hello@quintaskin.com if you're outside the EU and interested.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

  • Germany: 2-4 business days
  • EU: 5-8 business days

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (we hand-pack everything in our Berlin lab).

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

WHAT IF MY ORDER DOESN'T ARRIVE?

Contact us at hello@quintaskin.com with your order number. We'll investigate and resolve it as quickly as possible.

WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unopened, unused products in their original packaging. Email hello@quintaskin.com to initiate a return.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS ON OPENED PRODUCTS?

Unfortunately, no. For hygiene and safety reasons, we can't accept returns on opened skincare products. If you're experiencing a reaction or product issue, contact us and we'll work with you to find a solution.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

Email hello@quintaskin.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions and a return address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return. You'll receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

ARE QUINTA PRODUCTS VEGAN AND CRUELTY-FREE?

Yes. All QUINTA products are 100% vegan and cruelty-free. We never test on animals.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS FRAGRANCE-FREE?

Green Guardian is fragrance-free—no added fragrance or essential oils. The earthy scent you smell comes purely from the cold-pressed oils in the formula (shea butter, hemp seed oil, borage, rosehip). It fades quickly after application.

DO YOU OFFER SAMPLES?

Not yet, but it's on our roadmap! For now, we recommend starting with one product to see how your skin responds.

WHERE ARE QUINTA PRODUCTS MADE?

Every product is hand-formulated, hand-poured, and hand-packed in our 20-square-meter lab in Berlin, Germany.

WHAT'S YOUR SHELF LIFE?

Green Guardian has a 24-month shelf life. The expiration date is printed on the folded end of the tube. Once opened, we recommend using it within 12 months for optimal freshness. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

HOW CAN I REACH YOU?
