Delivery time and tracking

We send your orders exclusively with the climate-neutral GOGREEN process   from DHL. As a rule, every order is processed within 24 hours on working days. DHL delivers your package in Germany within 3-5 days. We process orders on weekends and public holidays on the next working day. All of our products are available at all times, unless otherwise stated on the respective product page. If we have any problems with the delivery of your order, we will inform you immediately and do everything we can to process the order as quickly as possible. After we have handed over the package to DHL, you will receive a tracking code with which you can track the status of your shipment at any time. 

My delivery has disappeared - what can I do? 

If there are problems with your delivery, please send us an email to service@quintabox.de . Our team will find a solution to the problem as soon as possible.

Damaged goods

If your goods are damaged, please send us an email with your name and a description of the damage to hello@quintabox.de . We will then contact you immediately and take care of the free return or new shipment for you.

How does the return shipment work?

If you want to return your product, please contact our customer hello@quintabox.de and we will create a free return label for you.
